Dolly Bhargava, is a Speech Pathologist and she has also completed a master’s degree in special education. She works with children, adolescents and adults with complex social, emotional and behavioural difficulties in a variety of settings such as schools, accommodation, post school options, supported employment and prisons. Many of the individuals she supports have experienced abuse, neglect, family disharmony, repeated bullying, suffer from drug and alcohol addiction. She has seen first-hand how hard it can be for parents, teachers, support workers and other professionals to deal with the challenges of supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties. 

Dolly became convinced that the key to empowering and enabling this support depended on an expert blend of information, skills and responses; a kind of toolbox that would empower people with the knowledge, ideas and resources to support the individual positively. Through her consultancy, resources, face to face and online training services she helps provide people with the roadmap to guide the individual learn positive ways of behaving and managing their emotions.
