A connected workflow from understanding behaviour to providing better support.
Your FBA and Positive Behaviour Support Plan stay connected and evolve with the individual.

The Behaviour Help App is built around the complete Positive Behaviour Support process. Assess, Manage, Prevent and Review are not four separate documents - they integrate into one seamless workflow, and the cycle continues as behaviour data informs each review. Together, these components save time, reduce paperwork, improve consistency, and support evidence-informed Positive Behaviour Support.
Explore the Behaviour Help App in four chapters—from getting started, to completing a Functional Behaviour Assessment to creating a comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plan.
Complementing this video, explore step-by-step instructions for every stage of the Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) process.

Behaviour Help App was born from my own experience as a Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner.
Working with families, services, schools and organisations, I repeatedly encountered the same challenges. Functional Behaviour Assessments, Positive Behaviour Support Plans, incident reports, behaviour data and progress monitoring were often completed across multiple disconnected systems. As a practitioner, I spent countless hours duplicating information, manually transferring data between documents, and writing lengthy reports instead of spending time with the people I was supporting.
I knew there had to be a better way.
Behaviour Help App was created to streamline the entire Positive Behaviour Support process—from assessment through to intervention, monitoring and review. Rather than replacing professional judgement, it was designed to support practitioners by reducing administrative burden, improving consistency, and bringing every stage of the Positive Behaviour Support process together within one secure platform.
At the heart of Behaviour Help App is one purpose: to give anyone supporting individuals with behaviours of concern more time to do what matters most—understanding behaviour, providing effective support, and improving quality of life.
Today, Behaviour Help App supports NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners, Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs), psychologists, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, teachers, educators, disability support providers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Positive Behaviour Support - in Australia and worldwide.

Four terms at the heart of the Behaviour Help App - in plain language.
A structured process for understanding why behaviours of concern occur: gathering information, recording behaviour data such as ABC incidents, frequency, intensity and duration, identifying contributing factors and patterns, and developing evidence-informed hypotheses about the function of behaviour.
A person-centred, evidence-informed approach that seeks to understand the reasons behind behaviours of concern, improve quality of life, change environments and supports, and build meaningful skills - rather than simply reacting to behaviour.
A documented plan, informed by assessment, that describes proactive and preventive strategies, skill development, stages of escalation with corresponding management strategies, and how progress will be monitored and reviewed.
Recording structured information about behaviour - what happened before, during and after (ABC), how often (frequency), how strong (intensity) and how long (duration) - so decisions are based on evidence rather than impressions.
