How to Sign up

This is a step-by-step guide on how to sign up to the Rainbow of Emotions App.  Learn how to sign up a single user or multiple users.  If you are unsure or need help, please email [email protected]

Signing up a single user

A user can be a child, adolescent or adult that could benefit from the Rainbow of Emotions app. To create an account for the user so you can personalise the app please follow these steps:

1. Go to www.rainbowofemotions.app
2. Click on this profile icon:

3. Click on 'Switch to Sign Up'
• 
4. Complete the Sign Up Form.
• Type the full name of the user (i.e. child, adolescent or adult).
• Enter the user’s email address and password.
• Select whether you want a monthly or yearly subscription.
• 
5. After you have completed the sign up form, click on 'Sign Up'.
• 
6. An activation email will be sent to the email address entered on the sign up form.
7. When the email arrives, click the link inside the email to verify. You are now able to login using the login form by entering the user's email address and password.

8. A receipt will be sent to the user's email address. If you would like a receipt with additional information (e.g. NDIS number) please email [email protected]

Signing up for multiple users

A user can be a child, adolescent or adult that could benefit from the Rainbow of Emotions app.

To create an account for a number of users (i.e. more than one child/adolescent/adult) instead of signing up each user individually you can purchase the number of subscriptions you need by following the steps below.  You can also refer to the following steps if you are wanting to provide the user with an individualised app for the different settings (e.g. home, work, school and community) they participate in. This will allow you to customise the emotional vocabulary, emotional regulation tools and data collected to each setting. 

1. Go to www.rainbowofemotions.app
2. Click on this profile icon:

3. Click on 'Switch to Sign Up'
• 
4. Complete the Sign Up Form.
• Type the full name of the user (e.g. child, adolescent or adult).
• Enter the user’s email address and password.
• Select the number of subscriptions you would like to purchase.
• Select whether you want a monthly or yearly subscription.
• 
5. After you have completed the sign up form, click on 'Sign Up'.
• 
6. An email with the additional codes will be sent.
• For example, in the above example a subscription was created using the email address [email protected] and 2 codes were purchased (i.e. 1 subscription for [email protected] and another subscription for [email protected]). One code would be sent to [email protected].

7. To sign up the other user/s, click on the profile icon again
• 
8. Click on 'Switch to Sign Up'
• 
9. Complete the Sign Up Form using the user code like so:
• Enter the other user (person's) name.
• Enter the person's email address and password.
• Enter usercode and click on sign up.
• You can then login.
• 
10. A receipt will be sent to the user's email address. If you would like a receipt with additional information (e.g. NDIS number) please email [email protected]
